Towel Dilemna

Greg Stankavich wants to know if you are a single or multi-use bath towel consumer. In other words, do you use the towel mutliple times or only once before you wash it? (Please state your gender if it's not evident from your name.)

Kader and Greg are single users.
Amy and Erica are multiple users...to conserve energy and water. (In no way intended to bias your answer.)

Kader and Greg are also one-time underwear users...in case you were wondering. We all wonder what Mike Shaw does.

Week-long user. If you're clean when you dry off with it, how does the towel get dirty? especially if you hang it on the rod, instead of bunching it up on the floor.

I'm definitely a multiple user - like cat said I'm clean when I use it! besides I do all the damn laundry here and it drives me crazy to wash towels all the time.

Multi towel user, Im usually not that dirty, but I can understand Greg and Kadar having to use a new one every day, and definitely one shot on the underwear.

Week user as well, same logic. It's not really dirty just wet, and not really wet either, more like moist. Just use, hang and keep on going. Somehow I've spent way too much time answering this. :P

greg, when you say you "shower and 'wipe' yourself clean," are you talking about wiping your ass? as in, towels in place of toilet paper? because if that's what you're talking about, everything makes more sense. and, at the same time, much less sense.

I swear to Gawd, I've been using the same towel since I graduated from college. It stands on its own in the corner, and walks over to me when I am ready to dry off. It likes Shakespeare, reads Le Monde in French, gives me fashion advice from GQ and Details issues that are lying around the bathroom, and helps me fight off roaches. All in all, a good towel. If I tried to do something as insulting as WASH HIM, he'd go nuts. His name is Jerry. He likes to tell visitors to our house that he's made of "Jerry Cloth". I perosnally don't think that joke is funny.

heh. winter time, i wash my towels with my sheets, about once a week. summer time, about twice. i gets REALLY hot here. underwear, always one shot and into the laundry basket

underwear? sometimes i wear the same pair of underwear for a week! what is wrong with you people? how dirty can you get your underwear?? what are you having trouble wiping or something? my underwear never really smells, it smells no worse than my t-shirt. see, this is what happens when you wipe properly.... good lord people.
