Sushi

Sergio taught me how to make sushi on Friday night. It was just as good to eat as it was to look at. I've been wanting to learn for forever. This was a dream come true.

That looks really good! I was going to pick up a book that explained how to make sushi but I thought about it and realized that trying to find decent sushi in the middle of the desert probably wasn't the best idea ;)

what's in the space where the avocado pits used to be?? oh and what kind of fish? :)

Sushi rice is in the place of the avacado pits and the fish is tuna.
