Rain

It's been raining all day today. I love waking up to the rain. I just hate having to get out of bed. But I managed to get up and into work. I've spent most of my day at my desk because I've had plenty to do. Now I have to go to class and when I get home from class I have to write a paper. (Because I'm a slacker and didn't do it over the weekend.) All I really want to do is sit by a window and watch the rain.

I had trouble getting out of bed this morning, too. With the clouds and rain, it was still nice and dark and just the right temperature in my bedroom. I was nice and comfy until my cell phone rang. What a jarring sound to wake up to. I love the rain, and not because I'm a weather geek. I just love rain.

The pups were cooped up all day. So my friend Kim and I took all 3 out for a walk, then to the park and let them run wild. We all got soaked, but you could tell they had the time of their lives ;)
