Sparkler, your comments made me realize that this quote doesn't really portray accurately the tone of the article. The author agrees with you completely, and the article is actually all about a company's most important product is the employees.

Ohh.. I thought the point of this one was a funny-haha: "...turn intellectual captial (sic) into customer value." and then the title, _Competence X Commitment_ COMEDY! But nah, thwarted.
