My friend, Karen, is a part of an Americorp project called Public Allies. She put together this video talking about her participation in the program for a contest. It's great and she's a finalist in the contest!

I think the most exciting part is that I'm living proof that she's influenced people positively. I'm going to be volunteering through the organization she works with. And it's all due to her passion for her work!
