Burning Man

Burning Man starts on Monday. I wish I was going. Someone remind me to drop everything next year and just go. This is something I have to experience.

Yikes! I was watching a travel show on PBS a while back and the host went to this festival. It was pretty wild and a little scary. It was a whole weekend long and it just seemed a little too out of control for me -- there's something about a whole mob of people having complete freedom to do anything that scares me. I mean, there's a lot of sickos out there.

I have quite a few friends that go to BurningMan every year. It's actually a week long (Monday through Sunday evening I believe), however the bulk of the people start arriving around Thursday from what I hear. If you decide to go, I can make sure I introduce you to some of my friends that go so that you'll know some friendly faces at some of the camps (:
