In Arizona

It's official, I'm living in Arizona. Spent the weekend driving and arrived on Sunday afternoon. The dogs are in good shape but still adjusting to the change. I'm happy to be here and at the same time a little sad to be away from my family. The temporary apartment is perfect even though it was a little tough to find. (What idiot thought it was a good idea to have two buildings with the same number in the same complex?) Coworkers are excited that I'm joining them in this office and I'm getting immediately into the swing of things. It's hot here (115 degrees yesterday), but at least the air conditioner works. I still haven't adjusted to the time change - two hours different this time of year. Remember, Arizona doesn't do daylight savings time. So I'm off to walk the dogs and tumble into bed.
